Enzyme Oatmeal Recipe
2c Water
1c Oatmeal
salt
4 TBSP. kefir (health food stores, whole foods, fred meyer, haggens,all in the fridge section of the health food section) it is in a bottle like milk I RECCOMMEND THE STRAWBERRY KEFIR
At night in a warm kitchen
Add all ingredients but the salt in a bowl and
Let it soak overnight
In the morning add
1tsp vanilla
1tsp cinnamon
handful of rasins
Cook slowly on low heat
This is sooo good it is better than anything else and you don't need sugar
***If you don't have kefir then just let the oatmeal soak overnight so the enzymes are released
***The kefir is to help make create good enzymes for your body. Read about enzymes online

I did this last night with blackberry kefir. Adia loved it so much she asked for more. I am going to pick some blackberries today to add more.
